Racing My Turbocharged Hayabusa

Welcome to my dragbike site. I thought it would be fun to blog my adventures racing my Suzuki Hayabusa so I created this site. I plan to blog not only time spent at the track, but also what I’m doing to make the bike run. Admittedly I’ve been distracted by other issues lately, such as trying to build a business and moving to a new home, but getting my bike running is still on my list.

I’ve raced motorcycles since 1973, including a Pro-Stock Suzuki GS-1000 in the early 1980s. In those days I was deadly serious about the sport. Today I’m just having fun experimenting with the bike and sharpening my riding skills. Eventually I want to upgrade to a bigger 500+ horsepower turbo system and perhaps a longer swing arm, but for the time being I just want to learn what the bike that I’ve got now can teach me.
